Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address once your order has been placed.

The natural imperfections—cracks, signs of wear, and unique textures—are not flaws but beautiful markers of their journey and craftsmanship. As such, all sales are final.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@jjuinworld.com with photos and a detailed description. We will work with you to find a resolution.
