Each shell totem is assembled by hand using natural shells and pale wood beads. The materials are chosen for shape, tone, and texture, then strung along a central column. The stand is powder-coated metal in matte black, providing a minimal and stable base. Over time, the shell surfaces may take on a softer patina depending on light and environment.
